Email Signatures

OVERVIEW

An email signature is information--typically a name, title, and contact information--that is attached to all emails sent by CPQ Cloud.

ADMINISTRATION

ClosedAccessing the Email Signature page

  1. ClosedNavigate to the Email Signature page.
    1.  Click Admin to go to the Admin Home Page.
    2. Click Email Signature in the General section.

      The Email Signature page appears.


ClosedCreating or Editing Email Signatures

  1. ClosedNavigate to the Email Signature page.
    1.  Click Admin to go to the Admin Home Page.
    2. Click Email Signature in the General section.

      The Email Signature page appears.

  1. Create a new signature or modify the existing signature.

    Use HTML to add formatting, if you want.

  2. Click Update.
